When will I receive my order?
The processing of your order, the manufacture of the products and the (free) delivery require our team to take 10 to 15 working days maximum. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
How much is shipping ?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free.
My order is not complete
If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I did not receive my order
A problem with the Post? Parcel lost, broken, destroyed?
With our secure delivery , WARM-JACK ™ takes care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We don't pass the blame on to the carrier by letting you "manage it". We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense .

Yes, as long as your order is not " in process ".
Can I cancel my order?
It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, the cancellation costs will however amount to 40% of the purchase price.

I want to return an item
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged . Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to contact@warmjack.com along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. See refund page

Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we only accept one and only one discount code per order.
